The Burundi Muyinga is a dynamic performer, and has an incredible variety of flavor expressions, all within a few degrees of each other in Finish Roast Temperatures. We keep our batches of this coffee in the Low Temp roast range. When the bean has a shorter time to develop in the final phase of the batch, it is lighter in body, with resounding fruit notes and a sweet, puckering finish. When the bean has a longer development time at the end of the batch, the body becomes heavier, smooth, and syrupy like white grape juice.
